Privacy policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This policy explains how RLW Realty LLC, doing business as RLW Realty and RLW Management ("we"), handles information collected through this website.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us through forms: name, phone, email, property address and the details you choose to include.
  • Property addresses from unfinished forms. On our seller and property management forms, tapping Continue sends the property address to us before you enter your contact details. If you stop there, we keep only that address and the page you were on, and may use it to research the property and mail one postcard about our services to that address. We don't record anything you type unless you tap a button to send it.
  • Basic visit information, such as the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, and aggregate usage statistics. We use privacy-focused analytics and do not sell this information.

How we use it

To respond to your request, provide the real estate or property management services you ask about, keep records required of Florida real estate brokers, and improve this website. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the optional consent box on a form, or otherwise give us permission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery and our property management and showing software), with parties to a transaction you're involved in, or when required by law.

Other websites

Some links take you to other services, such as rental listings, applications and resident or owner portals. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent us, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us at info@rlwrealty.com or (352) 771-2560.
