Logan is simply the best. You do not need to look any further for a knowledgeable, intuitive and out of the box thinker than Logan. My wife and I were in a jam on a closing that had stalled and Logan came up with a solution that no other party had thought of and we were able to proceed with our closing on time. THE BEST!

I cannot recommend RLW Realty highly enough - 10 out of 5! The whole team at RLW made my rental process smooth and easy after months of bad experiences trying to rent my property on my own. (pro tip: DO NOT do this without a management company it's not worth it) Everyone on the team has been super friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to talk me through each part of the process. They created a fantastic listing on all the right platforms and found me literally my perfect dream tenant. The team went above and beyond to find someone perfect for my situation and share great information with me about vendors, area resources, and everything I could possibly need. This is the management company you want - I could not have had a better experience! Thank you RLW!

I had a very unique situation in which I had to list my home. Was not an easy process for me as there were many obstacles to overcome. RLW Realty made my complicated situation shift into a smooth and easy process. Not only was my home sold but RLW Realty also found me another home to swiftly transition into. I am so thankful for everything they have done. Very professional, responsive, and reliable. I would highly recommend their service to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

Dealt with RLW as a property manager for an apartment I was a tenant at for a few years. Any issue I would have with the apartment was always taken care of in a very timely manner. If you are in the need of a property manager, speaking as a prior tenant I highly recommend using RLW
