When are owner payments sent?
Owner distributions and statements follow the schedule in your management agreement. Statements are always available in the owner portal.
Where do I find my 1099 and year-end statement?
Both are posted to the owner portal after year-end.
How are repairs approved?
Routine repairs are handled promptly. Anything above the approval limit in your agreement comes to you first, with photos and an estimate.
Can I refer another owner?
